Security for the President’s Scholarship Gala will be provided by the Holly Springs Police Department.

Ticketing and Admission
The President’s Scholarship Gala is a pre-sale event only. Tickets will not be sold at the door.
Early Bird tickets will be available through September 1, 2026, at a cost of $140.00 per person.
Each guest must present a valid e-ticket for entry into the Gala. E-tickets may be presented in printed form or
displayed on a mobile device at check-in. All seat and table assignments will correspond with the information
listed on the guest’s e-ticket.

Security
Security for the Homecoming Step Show will be provided by Rust College Campus Security.

Ticketing and Admission
Tickets for the Step Show may be purchased in advance, and e-tickets will be scanned at the door for admission.

• Student Admission: $5.00 with a valid Rust College student ID
• General Admission: $10.00

Express Entry
To improve the entry process, an express lane will be available for students and guests with pre-purchased tickets.

All guests entering campus for Homecoming activities must follow Rust College campus entry procedures. These procedures are designed to promote safety, accountability, and orderly access to Homecoming events and tailgating areas.

Vehicle Entry Requirements

• All vehicles parked on campus must display a valid parking pass.
• Each person in the vehicle must have a valid e-ticket for campus entry.

Campus Entry Fee
The campus entry fee is $10.00 per person.

Wristband Requirement
Each guest who presents a valid e-ticket for campus entry will receive an official Homecoming wristband.
Wristbands will serve as proof of campus access and must be worn at all times while on campus.

• Guests must wear their wristband at all times while on campus.
• Guests without a wristband will not be permitted to remain on campus.
• Wristbands may be checked at various points throughout campus during Homecoming activities.

Entry Locations and Ticket Scanning
There will be multiple campus entry points for Homecoming guests. Finance staff and designated Office of Institutional Advancement (OIA) personnel will be responsible for scanning e-tickets and issuing wristbands at designated entry points.

Cash Entry Policy
There will be only one cash-only campus entry location, which will be the Main Entrance gate. Guests who wish to pay cash for campus entry must enter through the Main Entrance. All other entry points will operate through e-ticket scanning and approved event credentials only.

Tailgate Spot Purchases
Tailgate spots may be purchased online through the designated e-ticketing platform.

Tailgate Spot Check-In
Upon arrival, the e-ticket for the tailgate spot must be presented for scanning. Once verified, the purchaser will
receive a tailgate parking decal.

• The decal must be prominently displayed on the vehicle windshield, or
• Attached to the tailgate tent

Failure to properly display the tailgate decal may result in delays, reassignment, or loss of the reserved tailgate
space.

Tailgate spaces may be set up on Friday evening, November 6, 2026.

Friday Night Tailgating Restriction
Please note that Friday evening is designated for setup only. Tailgating, grilling, and BBQ activities will not be
permitted on Friday night. Full tailgating activities may begin on Saturday, November 7, 2026, in accordance
with Homecoming event schedules.

Personal Property and Liability
Guests who choose to set up tailgate spaces on Friday evening do so at their own risk. Rust College is not
responsible for tents, grills, chairs, tables, coolers, or any other personal property left on campus overnight or
prior to Saturday morning.

4. Who is responsible for security at the Step Show?

7. Is a parking pass required for vehicles on campus?
   Yes. Every vehicle parked on campus must display a valid parking pass.
8. Will I receive a wristband when I enter campus?
   Yes. Guests who present a valid e-ticket for campus entry will receive an official Homecoming wristband.
9. Do I have to wear my wristband the entire time I am on campus?
   Yes. Wristbands must be worn at all times while on campus and serve as proof of authorized entry.
10. Is there a clear bag policy for Saturday, November 7, 2026?
    Yes. A clear bag policy will be enforced for all guests entering campus on Saturday, November 7, 2026.
11. Where can I pay cash for campus entry?
    Cash payments for campus entry will be accepted only at the Main Entrance gate.
12. Can I set up my tailgate on Friday night? Is Rust College responsible for tents or tailgating items left
    overnight?
